Who We Are
For years, Bubba Fatula, Owner & President, has traveled the Northeast training people how to survive a crisis such as: active shooter, bomb threat, workplace violence, human trafficking, and many more areas.
Shannon & Bubba opened the Fatula Group in 2020 to realize their vision of a safer world through critical training to understand how you would react in a crisis situation.
What We Do
Our goal is to help people prepare for a crisis before it happens, as it happens, and after it happens. We do this with comprehensive training to not only teach you how you will react in a situation, but how to take that reaction and use it to ensure your safety and the safety of others. Threat Preparedness Training is our specialty so you have the skills to survive!
Why We Do This
Spending years in the law enforcement field and now in public safety training, Bubba's passion is to prepare everyone he meets to know how to react to a crisis situation. Threat Preparedness Training allows you to know you have the training to keep you and other safe in a crisis situation.
